No. Your card is held, not charged. You're charged after the job is finished and you confirm it, or automatically 24 hours after the helper marks it done if you don't respond.
Hourly jobs show an estimate and a maximum card hold, and you pay only for the time actually worked. Fixed-price jobs show one price up front. Any change to the scope needs your approval first.
Same-day jobs run 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM Arizona time. A job can start today if it will finish with time to spare before closing. Otherwise book it for the next morning or any day you pick, up to 6 days ahead.
Some jobs, such as moving, cleaning, handyman, junk removal, need 3 fresh photos taken with your camera (and sometimes a short video) so we can price them accurately.
Yes. It's free until a helper accepts. After that it's free until 2 hours before the start. Closer than that, a $25.00 cancellation fee goes to your helper. Once your helper is on the way, use Call my helper or Report a problem from your job page.
Your helper checks the real scope when they arrive. If it differs, you approve the change before any work continues, or you can cancel for a $25.00 trip fee.
We alert you and send the job to another helper automatically. If nobody can take it, your card is never charged.
Independent local people. Every helper has a verified ID and a profile photo, and you see their first name, photo and rating before they arrive.

After the customer confirms the job, your payout is sent through Stripe. You can cash out instantly to a debit card (Stripe charges a small fee) or let earnings pay out to your bank automatically.
